Educational Screenings of “Boys for Sale” held in Japan
This month, several educational screening of “Boys for Sale” were held in Japan, including Nagoya University in support of HeForShe UN Women Solidarity Movement for Gender Equality, a study session for doctors and other medical professionals in the University of Tokyo Medical Department library and with the Gender Studies Group at the International Institute of Language and Cultural Studies at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto. “Sending Off” receives Audience Award at World Premier in Germany
At its World Premier in the 2019 Nippon Connection Film Festival, the largest festival of Japanese film in the World, the DocumentingIan-directed “Sending Off” received the Nippon Docs Award (Audience Award for Best Documentary).
